We guarantee the cleaning standard within the agreed scope of your end-of-lease clean. If your agent raises any cleaning-related issues covered by our service, we’ll return to address them at no extra charge to help you get your bond back.
However, we can’t guarantee a full bond refund, as deductions may relate to property damage or other issues beyond cleaning.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes. Cleaning around furniture and boxes cannot reach the standard an inspection expects.
Do you do carpet steam cleaning?
Yes, as an add-on. Many leases require it with a receipt, so check yours before booking.
